No exchanges or refunds will be offered for a change of mind so please select your items carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you received a faulty or damaged product please contact me at bykimdehaan@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product to organise a refund or replacement. 

To speed up the process, please state your full name and order number within the email, and include photographs and a brief description of the fault. 

I do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged due to mistreatment.
